Alicia and Austin not only set things up in a flash, they transported the balloon arch to another site and added the photo booth for the next day. Karen is wonderful. She has driven us to and from the airport several times now. She communicates well to make sure we meet each other at the right place at the airport. She also always remembers about arranging the car seats for my kids.
